Terms and Conditions

1. Ownership: All photographs taken by the product photographer remain the sole and exclusive property of the photographer.
2. License: The product photographer grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use the photographs for the client's commercial and promotional purposes.
3. Payment: The client agrees to pay the product photographer the agreed-upon fee for the photography services. Payment is due in full upon completion of the project.
4. Cancellation: If the client cancels the project after the product photographer has started working on it, the client may be required to pay a cancellation fee.
5. Editing and Retouching: The product photographer will provide the client with the edited and retouched photographs. Any additional editing or retouching requested by the client may incur an additional fee.
6. Delivery: The product photographer will deliver the photographs to the client in a format agreed upon by both parties.
7. Copyright: The product photographer retains the copyright of all photographs and reserves the right to use the photographs for promotional and advertising purposes.
8. Liability: The product photographer is not liable for any damage or loss of photographs caused by circumstances beyond their control.
9. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold the product photographer harmless from any claims or damages arising from the use of the photographs.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product photographer is located.

By using the product photographer's services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
